I know how scary it can be in a hospital before a surgery, or when something tragic has happened to someone you love. I was three years old when I was a patient at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. My mom, sister and I were in a car accident, a drunk driver hit our car head on. My mom and I were hurt very badly, but my older sister was okay. My back broke and now I'm paralyzed. I have to use a wheelchair every day to get around. I can't walk anymore and I can't feel my legs. I don't let what happened to me 10 years ago stop me from living my life.  I've had 7 surgery's since then.  All of them were at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
