| How is the Washington State Queen chosen? Seven judges score each delegate individually. They score the dossier, interview, talent or speech, evening gown competition where they hear your 100 word synopsis taken from your community concern essay (one page of ten in your dossier), and fitness philosophy. The most points a delegate can receive is 100 in all areas of competition. At the end of the Sunday night's finals, the judges tally the scores and the Queen's court of 4 is read one by one, and then the emcee announces the new Miss Washington Jr. Teen America 2006 is... BREANNA REGAN FROM TACOMA. It was so fabulous, and I thank the Lord for giving me life after near death, to make a difference in our society. Breanna Regan |
